Can I return the tampons?

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our products. We want to offer you the best possible service and explain here when a return or refund is possible:

In these cases we offer you a refund:

  • Medical reaction: If you have had a medical reaction to the tampons, please contact your doctor. And in this case, please inform us as well.
  • Order not received: If your order has not arrived.
  • Allegedly defective products: Our tampons deliberately do not contain any bleach. If you notice any discoloration, this is due to the CBD oil - this is completely normal and does not affect safety. If there is still a product defect, please contact us.
  • Cancellation before shipping: If you have already paid but your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel it.

Partial refunds are possible if:

  • Damaged packaging: The packaging of your order was severely damaged upon delivery. Please send us photos so that we can understand the situation.
  • Subscription cancellation: You want to cancel your subscription, but the current box has already been sent.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:

  • Subjective assessment: You found the absorbency of the tampons to be insufficient.
